Delete Your Account

If you wish to delete your Online Mandi account and all associated data, you can do so directly from the app or website. This action is permanent and cannot be undone.

1How to Delete Your Account

Open the Online Mandi app or visit online-mandi.in
Log in to your account
Go to Profile (bottom navigation bar in app, or top navigation bar on website)
Scroll down and tap/click "Delete Account"
Enter your password to confirm
Click "Permanently Delete My Account"

2What Data Gets Deleted

Profile information — name, phone number, bio, profile photo, location
Listings — all your posted listings and their images
Chat messages — all conversations with buyers/sellers
Account credentials — your login and authentication data

3Retention Period

Your data is deleted immediately and permanently upon confirmation. There is no recovery period. We do not retain any personal data after account deletion.
